Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Excellent selling skills and negotiation skills
-Able to build a good relationship with estate agencies, property managers and the third parties; over 5 years of Five-Agencies experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, including multi-task implementation skills
- 3 to 5 years area sales or client business development experience; experience of sales manager in 5-star hotels is preferred
- Have close network with clients in local area
- Bachelor degree in business or relative majors
Responsibilities:
- To handle sales of office suites, conference rooms and other services
-Monitor marketing trends
- To identify cross-product line sales programs
- To develop new and potential business opportunities
- To maintain network with prospects/clients and to establish good rapport with clients
- To update sales reports to supervisor
- To meet clients in person and present company’s products
- To carry out Tele-selling and scheduling appointments
- To make sales plans for potential sales methods or projects
- To do the road show for agencies, property manager, the third party, potential clients, and purchase sales after the road show
- To source for available lists for marketing purpose
- To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system
- To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities
- To achieve and maintain monthly sales income
- To in-depth understanding of company’s product line
- To undertake other jobs assigned by supervisor from time to time
Sales Executive
- Reports to the Senior Sales Manager
- To handle sales of conference rooms, office suites and other services
- To keep monitor marketing trends
- To identify cross-product line sales programs
- To develop new and potential business opportunities
- To maintain network with prospects/clients and to establish good rapport with clients
- To update sales reports
- To achieve and maintain monthly sales income
- To meet clients in person and present company’s products
- To carry out tele-selling and scheduling appointments
- To source for available lists for marketing purpose
- To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system
- To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities
